About the Health & Equity Subcommittee

The Health & Equity Subcommittee is being led by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH). The Subcommittee will generally focus on the following areas:

• Health and equity considerations related to AVs, such as air quality, water quality, noise, green space, mental well-being, physical activity, safety and social connections
• Engagement from communities, prioritizing communities of color
